preavviso e il termine di risoluzione. Il diritto del datore di lavoro di risolvere il contratto deve essere esercitato con la dovuta attenzione, in particolare durante il processo di licenziamento. In caso di licenziamento collettivo, il datore di lavoro ha una serie di obblighi.
